Business Casual M–Thurs. and Casual on Fridays

11. Parking Accommodations

Street Parking and there are 2 gravel lots to the North of the building on the other side of Des Moines St.

12. Will temp be required to drive as part of their job duties?

Yes

Agency are to complete a background check on reps before they can start. (No financial crimes.)

14. Equipment to be used

PC’s (Agency provided) (No Remote Work)

15. Computer Software to be used

MS Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System

16. Interview Mode

Short telephone interview (5–10 min.)

17. Knowledge, Skills, Education, and/or Experience

HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.

18. Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement

PC experience

19. Desired Skills

Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers.

20. Duties/Responsibilities

Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour
