About The Job
If the candidate is hired direct, a PE would be needed from the start.

Strong Civil 3D skill and experience Experience in stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or CivilStorm Must be onsite in Omaha, NE.
Relocation assistance is possible and Keilah would allow time for a candidate to relocate Experience with Data Center/large industrial site selection,
development, and master planning DESIGN of underground utility routing, site space planning, hydrology/storm drain systems, gravitational wastewater systems,
grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention From the information given, this is not a construction management type of role.
It is the DESIGN and PLANNING of a data center site prior to or in conjunction with construction beginning.
