DataServ/xFact is looking for a strategic, results focused Procurement & Pricing Manager to help us scale efficiently and profitably. In this role, you will take the lead on our vendor partnerships and pricing, helping us keep margins healthy, stay consistent, and make the most of vendor programs.

You’ll collaborate with 20 vendors, ensuring strong and productive partnerships, refining pricing approaches, and helping advance new revenue initiatives. This role directly impacts profitability, helping us reduce margin leakage, generate new vendor-driven revenue, and operate efficiently as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Own vendor relationships from onboarding to renewals, negotiations, and tier optimization
• Drive pricing strategy including setting guardrails, manage discounting, and ensure margin discipline
• Unlock vendor revenue through MDF, SPIFFs, co-sell, and referral programs
• Maximize contracts by activating and expanding use of blanket and cooperative purchasing agreements (EX. OMNIA, NASPO)
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy and execution
• Report on impact by racking margin improvement, vendor ROI, and pipeline contribution
• Manage company and team member certifications by developing a certification project plan, assigning tests to team members, tracking results and ongoing renewal dates
  
  

Education

What we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related field
  
  

Experience

• 3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor coordination, or purchasing support
  
  

Skills

• Ability to develop contracts and work with legal team as needed to negotiate with vendors
• Basic understanding of IT products and services (software, hardware, cloud, network, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with procurement processes and tools
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to generate reports and summaries
• Creating vendor performance metrics/scorecards
• Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage process improvement plans, implement programs and evaluate outcomes required
• Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through
• Must maintain a positive, partnering type approach with all stakeholders
• Demonstrates professionalism to support a culture of integrity
• Ability to work in a high activity/fast paced environment while managing the associated stress
