Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows servers with advanced configurations.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot firewalls and perform complex server migrations.
- Install and configure Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure hosted servers.
- Set up Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 accounts.
- Handle server and email migrations.
- Set up and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP.
- Conduct basic setup and management of firewalls.
- Collaborate effectively as a flexible team player.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience with firewall troubleshooting and server migrations.
