Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 20 Days
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Oversight
Establish schedules, delivery oversight, and deliverable review processes
Provide performance feedback, resolve issues, and ensure resource availability
Manage invoicing processes and approve deliverables and invoices
2. Sprint Planning & Delivery
Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure DefinitionofReady stories, teamowned estimates, committed backlogs, sprint goals, and capacity planning
Track and close action items to support continuous improvement
3. Dashboards, Quality & Traceability
Maintain realtime dashboards (burndown/burnup, velocity, flow, blockers, capacity)
4. Ensure auditready, endtoend ADO traceability
Enforce DefinitionofDone compliance, including testing, documentation, pipelines, and Product Owner acceptance
Monitor and report on backlog health
5.Impediment, Release & DevOps Management
Maintain centralized impediment tracking with escalation and resolution
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and delivery risks
Produce release notes with pipeline history and validate production readiness (security, performance, testing, documentation)
Salary : $60 - $65
