Role & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead planning, governance, scheduling, and executive communications using MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Planner Premium. Responsibilities include managing integrated master schedules, resource planning, dependency tracking, change control, vendor oversight, and stakeholder communications. The role ensures alignment across technical, governance, analytics, and operational teams, supports regulatory and vendor milestones, and integrates Agile/DevOps delivery with project schedules.
Description:
*) Integrated Master Schedule (IMS): Develop and maintain a detailed MS Project schedule covering all workstreams and phases, crossteam dependencies, regulatory and vendor milestones, logiclinked sequencing (FS/SS/FF), resource assignments, and contingency buffers.
*) Schedule Baseline & Controls: Prepare governanceapproved baseline packages including Gantt charts, milestone lists, critical path, and defined changecontrol thresholds.
*) Schedule Analysis & Roadmaps: Perform ongoing critical path and variance analysis, forecast slippage with corrective actions, assess risk and staffing impacts, and produce annual, quarterly, and monthly roadmaps directly from MS Project.
*) Resource & Dependency Management: Deliver resource allocation forecasts, contingency and surge planning, workload balancing, and maintain a living dependency map across teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
*) Change Control: Manage formal change requests with impact analysis, governance recommendations, and approved baseline updates.
Stakeholder, Meeting, & Vendor Management: Execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans, facilitate structured meetings with action tracking, and oversee vendor deliverables, compliance, scheduling, and performance.
*) Agile/DevOps Integration: Ensure alignment between MS Project schedules and Agile sprint execution, coordinate roadmaptobacklog translation, integrate release milestones, and manage crossteam dependencies.
