ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*) Product vision and strategy development; ensuring alignment with business goals, state information technology requirements and customer needs.
*) Guidance with the prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring that the development team works on the most valuable features first.
*) Working closely with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and developers, to gather requirements and feedback.
*) Writing clear and complete user stories and requirements to guide the development team.
*) Sprint planning & sprint facilitation to help the team understand the priorities and goals for each iteration.
*) Defining acceptance criteria for each feature or user story to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
*) Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to make iterative improvements to the product.
*) Participating in product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
*) Acting as a bridge between the development team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the product goals.
Salary : $70 - $75
