Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenville, NC. The Sales Associate will engage with new and existing clients to understand their technology and business needs, while offering tailored IT solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering presentations, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, excellent customer service, and a keen understanding of DTI's suite of IT services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple sales leads and projects effectively.
• Presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with sales strategies, lead generation, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding or interest in Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, and IT Compliance is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred but not required.
