- Engage across end-to-end project phases—from strategy to implementation—to solve complex data challenges.
- Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches—enhancing DataCatalyst’s market differentiation.
- Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments.
- Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth—cultivating long-term relationships.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives.

- 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines.
- Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks.
- A proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities.
- Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes with precision.
- Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies.
