The Foreman is responsible for overseeing crews of up to 15 members at job sites; serves as a liaison between operations, sales representatives and customer personnel at job sites and assures safe, Promera approved methods are utilized in the performance of all work.

What You’ll Work On

Physically vacuums, cleans and chemically treats physical surfaces within a technical or construction work environment.

Supervises crews of technicians within a technical or construction work environment.

Responsible for timely and safe transportation of crew, materials and equipment to and from job sites.

Perform as liaison between operations personnel, sales representative and customer personnel at job sites.

Controls and resolves job related problems as they occur.

Directs, leads, motivates and disciplines technicians as required and in accordance with Promera policies.

Assists in the performance review process for technicians and senior technicians.

Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner.

Insures all materials and equipment are utilized properly, safely and are accounted for.

Assists technicians in the efficient completion of work assignments.

Trains technicians as required.

Assists Senior Operations Managers as required.

Perform other duties as required.
Role Requirements & Perks
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Ability to speak, read and write English at grade 5 level.

Minimum 24 months operations experience.

OSHA 30 certification required.

Strong background in successful project quality control
-
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience interacting with clients in a professional capacity.

Ability to work 100% independently.

Able to pass a background check, drug screening and DMV check.
