As a results-driven Account Executive for DELMIAWorks you will grow business and build strong, lasting customer relationships. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from identifying opportunities to closing deals-while showing customers the real business value of the solutions. DELMIAWorks is an end-to-end manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software solution for mid-market manufacturers. You will be in charge of:
Driving revenue growth within your territory and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Building trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers
Presenting solutions, delivering measurable business value
Leading negotiations and closing strategic deals
Providing accurate forecasts and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5 years of proven success selling ERP or MES solutions, or like products into manufacturing companies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
A strategic, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $210,000 - $240,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
