Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $124000 and $217000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

- Support account planning and growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Contribute to strategic opportunity development and help define solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct targeted outreach and prospecting to expand relationships across customer organizations.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to support revenue and growth objectives.
- Partner with and shadow Transportation & Mobility Client Executives to support strategic engagements and complex opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of client organizations.
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity development through deal progression.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or application engineering.
- Experience working in an enterprise sales environment supporting or managing the sales cycle.
- Knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes portfolio is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline development and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
