Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $68000 and $97000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
As a Compensation Specialist at Dassault Systemes, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the effectiveness of compensation plans and programs at 3DS. This role is also responsible for supporting benefits administration. Some more of your responsibilities include the following:
- Adapt and implement 3DS compensation plans and programs across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America)
- Participate in annual salary surveys and utilize survey data to conduct external market analysis/benchmarking
- Collect /analyze news and information regarding compensation trends in the Americas region
- Assist Annual Compensation Review preparation and process
- Support the annual Variable Pay Plan (VPP) for the Americas and serve as an internal expert supporting the annual VPP process
- Work closely with HR, Finance Payroll, SCP and other functional areas to ensure accurate compensation plan administration, policy compliance and financial controls
- Help ensure compensation data quality within PeopleSoft and other HR systems
- Assist benefits administration (leave management, etc.)
- Support compensation integration of acquired companies
- Help drive efficiencies through continuous process improvement
- Support compensation and benefits project (Global/Americas)
- Bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting or Human Resources preferred)
- 3 years relevant professional experience in compensation
- Advanced analytical skills including expertise with Microsoft Excel (e.g. formula function, chart, pivot, VBA and macro, etc.)
- Experience with salary surveys and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g. Radford, Mercer, etc.)
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Benefits administration experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly resolve issues
- Self-directed with attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and comfortable with change
- Software or High Tech industry experience is a plus but not required
