HVAC Service Technician Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience
- Strong experience servicing and replacing gas and oil boilers
- Experience servicing and replacing gas and oil furnaces
- Ability to install natural gas water heaters
- Experience repairing and replacing central air conditioning systems
- Experience repairing and replacing ductless mini-split systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain repair options and pricing professionally to homeowners
- Clean driver’s license required
