The Role
We’re hiring a hungry, coachable SDR to help drive new business in a services-based environment. You’ll work closely with leadership, make outbound calls, start real conversations, and learn how to sell the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Make outbound calls and personalized outreach
- Manage outreach sequences across multiple channels
- Qualify prospects and set meetings
- Participate in meetings as needed
- Track activity and outcomes in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales, recruiting, or client-facing experience
- Staffing, recruiting, or professional services background is a plus
- Experience understanding ideal customer profile and conducting prospecting research
- Comfortable cold calling
- High energy, professional, and a good listener
- Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Willing to work onsite
