What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Associate position at DASH2?
Overview
Dash2 is a high-touch, high-service recruiting and staffing firm looking for a sharp, motivated Marketing & Operations Associate to support growth initiatives. This role is a hybrid of marketing/content creation, communications, light operations support, and event coordination.
This is not a big-company marketing role with layers, agencies, or hand-holding. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and ideal for someone earlier in their career who wants real responsibility, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to make a visible impact.
It’s an exciting time at DASH2! Your work will directly drive visibility, relationships, and momentum—working with leadership to move the needle as we scale. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building something, let’s talk.
