Your Culinary Mission:
The schedule varies, with morning shifts from 4 AM to 12 PM or 6 AM to 2 PM, and evening shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 A
As a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook, you’ll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Master Food Safety: Follow the highest standards to serve up meals that are fresh, safe, and oh-so-tasty.
- Stay Prep-Ready: Keep ingredients fresh and stocked so every dish is ready to shine.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain an organized, spotless prep station—because great food starts in a tidy kitchen.
- Be the Gatekeeper: Manage and store ingredients with care, ensuring everything is ready for culinary magic.
- Sparkle and Shine: Help maintain a sparkling kitchen that’s as inviting as the food you create.
- Add a Personal Touch: Interact with guests while prepping food, creating moments they’ll savor.
- Own the Tools: Operate kitchen equipment like a pro, from fryers to slicers, bringing every recipe to life.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
- Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
