- Use technical expertise to identify opportunities for operational growth and effective resource management throughout the contract lifecycle
- Minimum 6 years of IT project consulting experience in public sector or enterprise-scale information systems
- 6 years of experience developing business requirements for IT systems
- 6 years of IT project leadership experience
- 6 years of vendor management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent technical experience
