What You’ll Do
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest. You’ll:

- Welcome and assist guests with friendly, accurate service
- Restock shelves and keep displays organized
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms and parking areas
- Support across departments — from cashiering to general store upkeep
- Handle transactions and cash responsibly, following all company policies

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be available between 6AM and 10PM, including weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- ServSafe certification and tech-savviness are a plus
