Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Collaborate with the Guest Experience and Store Managers to build and train a high-performing team, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and equipping your team with the tools to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests, addressing their questions and concerns while supporting associates in maintaining a "no wait" experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor customer flow, open registers as needed, and uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
  • Inventory & Task Management: Communicate effectively with the Guest Experience Manager regarding ordering and inventory needs, and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Guest Experience and Sr. Store Managers.
  • Problem Solving & Service Excellence: Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent people skills. 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
  • Ambition: Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to use POS technology
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

  • Active ServSafe certification.
