You'll be trained across multiple functions including dispatch, customer service, order entry, and branch support.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule courier logisticsEnter and manage orders via phone, email, and internal systemsCommunicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team membersSupport dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveriesMaintain accurate records and event notationsAdapt to changing business needs, including shift changes and overtimeWhat We're Looking For:Preferred Qualifications1 year experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or customer serviceStrong multitasking and decision-making skillsAbility to lead by example and take initiativeFamiliarity with geographic areas and routingProficiency in office software and computer systemsRequirementsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseProfessional appearance and demeanorClean criminal background and motor vehicle record (no felonies or DUIs in the past 7 years)Willingness to undergo background check and drug screeningWork Environment & ExpectationsWe are currently hiring for 2nd Shift. Shift hours will generally fall between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM, Monday -Friday, but may vary depending on business needs. Weekend availability may be required.As a Logistics Coordinator, flexibility is essential. You may be asked to work different shifts, overtime, or holidays to support our 24/7/365 operations.
