Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on verifiable experience
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

We're a well-established, locally owned logistics company looking for a dependable and customer-focused Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Charlotte team.

This is a hands-on role that combines local delivery driving with warehouse operations. If you enjoy variety in your workday, take pride in excellent customer service, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd like to hear from you.

Most work is performed during daytime business hours, with occasional after-hours or weekend assignments based on customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate 24'–26' non-CDL box trucks and cargo vans for local deliveries
• Load and unload freight using lift gates, pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Assist with warehouse receiving, sorting, staging, and fulfillment activities
• Follow delivery schedules and routing instructions to ensure exceptional service
• Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately
• Use smartphones and tablets for communication, routing, and proof-of-delivery tasks
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Support additional warehouse and transportation duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to obtain or currently possess a DOT Medical Card
• Experience operating 24'–26' box trucks with lift gates
• Experience working with pallet jacks and material handling equipment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends
• Familiarity with Charlotte and surrounding areas is a plus

Note: Drivers must be at least 25 years old to meet insurance requirements.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Primarily first shift
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on business needs
• Occasional weekend and after-hours work

Hiring Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of:

• Criminal background check

• Motor vehicle record review

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and have no felony convictions or DUI convictions within the past seven years.
