Position Summary  

Under the direction of upper management, the Site Manager drives performance through effective leadership, operational excellence, and fosters a positive, inclusive work environment. They are responsible for managing daily functions, developing staff, driving sales, and ensuring company policies are being followed. 

Key Responsibilities  

·       Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

·       Provide direct supervision and support to staff ensuring a high level of service and performance

·       Oversee daily business operations

·       Effectively communicate with management and staff

·       Support onboarding and training – ensures that all employees are trained to meet company standards

·       Consistently drive toward profit and membership sales goals

·       Ability to resolve guest and team concerns 

·       Adaptable to the needs of the team and company 

·       Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback when needed

Qualifications  

·       Strong communication and conflict resolution 

·       Leadership and team development skills

·       Positive attitude with a leadership mindset 

·       Comfortable with physical labor and stepping in to all roles when needed

·       Must have a very flexible schedule

·       Exceptional customer service skills and cash handling experience 

·       Preferred: experience in the car wash industry 

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Team members in this role can expect: 

·       Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts

·       Regular bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting

·       Occasional lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

·       Visual acuity to inspect vehicles and monitor equipment 

·       Manual dexterity to operate basic tools and car wash machinery
