We are currently seeking professionals with or without an existing book of business to operate as a 1099 agent of our company. Dash pays one of the highest commission rates in the industry and has the following structure to support your goals.

The skills & qualities we seek in our agents include:
- Fun and friendly personality
- Highly motivated to build or grow your book of business
- Cold calling experience
- OEM and dealer base experience (preferred but not required)
- RFQ process experience (preferred but not required)
- Highly organized
- Computer literate – Must be able to learn and use our software systems
- Experience with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office and Google
- Ability to work well with others
- Good communication skills
- High level of customer service experience
- Works well under pressure
- Possesses the ability to negotiate
