The skills & qualities we seek in our dispatchers include:
- Ability to field a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized
- Computer literate – must be able to learn and use our software systems to build orders, vet carriers, track loads and provide updates to sales agents & clients
- Experience with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office and Google
- Ability to work well with our admin and sales staff daily to ensure proper workflow
- Clear communication abilities
- English required, Spanish or Russian speakers strongly desired
- High level of customer service experience
- Works well under pressure
- Possesses the ability to negotiate with carriers while being cost-conscious with each order

Salary : $39,253 - $57,779
