About the Role
Bucked Up is looking for an Ambassador Growth Coordinator to help identify, develop, and scale high-potential ambassadors while driving measurable revenue through performance-based content and campaigns.
This role sits at the intersection of ambassador performance, UGC, and paid media. You’ll work closely with ambassadors and our internal ads team to turn strong creators into top performers and high-quality UGC into high-converting campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Ambassador Growth & Performance
- Identify ambassadors who are already performing well or show strong growth potential
- Build relationships with ambassadors to increase consistency, content quality, and revenue
- Coach ambassadors on content strategy, offers, and best practices that convert
- Monitor performance and surface opportunities to improve results
- Support the evolution of ambassador rankings, incentives, and reward structures
UGC & Campaign Development
- Oversee inbound UGC from ambassadors and creators
- Organize, tag, and maintain UGC libraries for easy internal use
- Partner with the paid ads team to identify top-performing creative
- Help develop new UGC-driven campaigns and creative testing strategies
- Provide clear, constructive creative feedback to ambassadors to improve future submissions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact between ambassadors and internal teams
- Ensure campaign briefs, expectations, and deadlines are clearly communicated
- Align ambassador content with launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Support reporting and insights related to ambassador and UGC performance
Organization & Operations
- Maintain detailed records of ambassador activity, content submissions, and performance
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple campaigns
- Help streamline processes for ambassador communication and UGC intake
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2 years of experience working with ambassadors, influencers, or creators
- Strong understanding of UGC and influencer marketing in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines at once
- Comfortable giving clear, constructive feedback to creators
- Experience collaborating with marketing or paid media teams
Preferred
- Experience in health, fitness, lifestyle, or CPG brands
- Familiarity with performance tracking, creator metrics, and ROI
- Experience with ambassador platforms, creator tools, or UGC libraries
- Understanding of what makes content perform in paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
