About The Role
The Doughnut Ambassador will serve as the face of Pinkbox Doughnuts in the Salt Lake City market and be a true Ambassador of our Brand. This individual will be responsible for driving local sales growth, building strong community partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring Pinkbox remains an active, beloved part of the community.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, and passionate about creating meaningful local connections that translate into brand loyalty and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate catering, bulk order, and event sales through local outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools, offices, event planners, and local organizations.
• Track and report on all sales leads, outreach efforts, and partnership results.

Community Engagement

• Represent Pinkbox Doughnuts at community events, local festivals, fundraisers, and sponsorships.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local influencers.
• Coordinate donations, charity involvement, and brand participation in community initiatives.

Marketing Support

• Execute local marketing initiatives in coordination with the Las Vegas marketing team.
• Assist with social media content from local events and activations.
• Support store openings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Brand Representation

• Uphold and promote the Pinkbox brand image and voice in all interactions.
• Ensure local marketing materials and presentations reflect current brand standards.

• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community relations (hospitality, food & beverage, or retail experience preferred).
• Proven success in networking, community engagement, and partnership development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with corporate objectives.
• Must be comfortable representing the brand at events and in public settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
