Job Summary:
Provides supportive and rehabilitative nursing care to adult patients following the plan of care under the supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate. Completion of 75-hour training course. Licensed in the State of Vermont.
Experience: Experience as an LNA desired.
Salary Range: Min: $20.68 / Mid: $26.37 / Max: $32.05
