Overview
This role encompasses both the Ambulatory surgical center pharmacy as well as medical infusion, requiring the pharmacist to provide comprehensive care across surgical and infusion services. This role supports perioperative and infusion therapy workflows through accurate medication order review and verification, controlled substance reconciliation, oversight of medication distribution processes to ensure appropriate stock levels and regulatory compliance, monitoring of patients' drug therapies and provides consultation and education to patients and other staff. Additionally, the role requires expertise in sterile compounding and cleanroom operations in accordance with USP <797> standards, supporting the preparation and management of infusion therapies. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
This is a Full Time, 40hr per week, benefitted position. Monday - Friday 6a-2:30p

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree preferred.
- Completion of a post-graduate residency and/or board certified preferred.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, to set priorities, make critical decisions, respond quickly to emergency requests, handle frequent interruptions, and adapt to changes in workload.
- Maintains customer-service focus to achieve excellent working relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of NH, and be willing to seek license reciprocity in multiple states if the position requires it.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Must have a current, unrestricted pharmacist licensed to practice in the state of NH.
- Board Certification in Specialty Pharmacy (CSP) within 3 years of hire for Clinical Pharmacists in the Specialty Pharmacy, unless designated as part-time or per diem staff.
- BLS Certification within 30 days of hire in the Retail & Specialty Pharmacy if required to administer immunizations
