Ōme Caterers is currently seeking a Server to join our on-call team. The ideal candidate will have solid banquet and event experience with a passion for hospitality and ensuring excellent guests’ experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Memorable Hospitality: Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our guests, while fostering a culture where hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
- Stay Guest-Focused: Work closely with your event team to stay connected to guest feedback. Seek out every opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
- Partner with the Event Team: Work closely with captain and additional service members to execute a flawless event; ensure proper table settings (both guests and food). Partner with back of the house team.
- Balance Operational Excellence: Follow BEO and run of show as outlined, ensure steps of service guidelines.
What we need from you:
- 1 years of leadership experience in restaurants and hospitality, with a strong understanding of event operations
- 1 years of experience as a server in a banquet setting, with a passion for great service and a strong hospitality mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and staying organized
- Warm, inviting personality with a commitment to making guests feel at home and delivering industry-leading hospitality
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a keen attention to detail and understanding of proper steps of service
- Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Work alongside collaborative team members who support Ōme Caterer’s core values and are eager to be a part of our team
- **Drivers License a plus with opportunity for additional event pay
- Hourly Wage $25.00-$28.00
