Do you live and breathe data? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn massive datasets into clear, actionable insights. You’ll lead enterprise-scale Power BI dashboard development, big data modeling, and cross-platform integrations that help drive operational excellence across logistics, finance, and executive reporting.

This role is on-site in Naperville, IL, working directly with leadership to push the limits of modern data analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Build advanced Power BI dashboards and KPIs that guide daily and strategic decisions.

• Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Fabric, and Synapse into unified, high-performance models.

• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for real-time reporting.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis for executive and operations teams — uncovering trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Automate data refreshes and workflows using Power Automate and Python.

• Cleanse and standardize large data sets for consistent, reliable reporting.

• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations to align data with business priorities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using big data and predictive analytics.

You Bring

• 5 years in data analysis, BI, or data engineering.

• Expert-level Power BI skills — data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization design.

• Advanced SQL experience (T-SQL, joins, CTEs, performance tuning).

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake / Synapse / Fabric.

• Working knowledge of Python, Power Automate, and Excel modeling.

• Experience integrating with ERP, WMS, or EDI systems a plus.

• Strong communication — able to explain technical findings in plain English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
