- Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
- Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
- Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
- Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) proficiently, employing basic and ladder logic to interpret and modify wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for accurate problem diagnosis.
- Five (5) years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or an equivalent combination of trade school or training. Seven (7) years experience or more could be considered for Electrician level I I I role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to perform detailed analytical diagnosis of electrical issues.
- Thorough understanding and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC), ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Skilled in programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) using both basic and ladder logic to control industrial processes.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation, capable of troubleshooting complex problems effectively.
