Position Overview

Darrell’s Appliance is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience both in person and over the phone, while helping keep our service department running smoothly. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Create service tickets for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member
• Create and manage service tickets for customer repair requests
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and rescheduling
• Provide general information and assist with customer inquiries
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

• Basic computer and data entry skills

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Expect some 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shifts, to help fill in when needed

Compensation

• Starting at $15 per hour, depending on experience
