Customer Service Representative (Temporary) – Wholesale & Retail
Daron is a market leader in manufacturing licensed aviation and transportation-related toys and collectibles. Our diverse product lines bring joy to a broad spectrum of market segments, catering to children and serious collectors alike.
This is a great opportunity to join our operations team as a temporary to potential full-time customer service representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others with a primary focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in both an independent and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by email and phone
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, exchanges, returns, and problem resolution
- Handle sales, database and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and detailed records
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
- Professional, courteous and accommodating etiquette
- Proficiency with software and online platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multi-task, follow instructions and ask questions
- Handle customer inquiries and order issues in an expedient and professional manner
- Relay suggestions and recommendations to improve sales, product and marketing
- High school diploma and/or related job experience
