What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at All State Flooring Distributors?
Hardwood Flooring Distributor is looking to fill a full-time position in their fast-paced work environment.
Candidates must be able to multitask and manage a demanding and busy work atmosphere.
Duties include...
- Answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and quote pricing, stock, and lead times.
- Maintains relationships with customers and outside sales representatives.
- Process orders received via phone, email, and/or through personal customer or sales contact.
- Perform detailed data entry for orders through BisTrack software (will train)
- Tracks order and alerts appropriate staff member of potential delivery or inventory problems.
- Work w/ customers in our wood flooring showroom if needed.
