Customer Service Representative

A well-established company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and assist with orders and order-related issues.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Prepare reports and maintain daily customer service metrics.
• Gather and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service or order entry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
