About DARKWING TECH
DARKWING TECH is a fast-growing, veteran-owned safety technology company based in the Spanish Fork / Springville area. We provide practical visibility and safety tools for first responders, public safety agencies, towing companies, road crews, schools, construction teams, and others who work in high-risk environments.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to support the CEO/Owner, a disabled veteran, award-winning public safety leader, and small business owner.
This is a flexible, part-time role with a mix of remote administrative work and in-person support. The right person will help keep customer service, scheduling, records, warehouse organization, supplies, follow-ups, and daily operations moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Check and organize customer service emails
- Respond to basic customer inquiries using approved responses
- Help with customer quotes, order questions, and follow-ups
- Help manage calendar reminders, scheduling, and task lists
- Organize business records, receipts, invoices, product documents, and customer files
- Help organize warehouse shelves, shipping supplies, product areas, and packing materials
- Track supplies such as boxes, labels, bags, chargers, magnets, manuals, and product inserts
- Assist with basic inventory counts and low-supply alerts
- Help organize product photos, videos, testimonials, and customer-submitted content
- Assist with light marketing and advertising support
- Run local business errands or supply pickups when needed
- Provide occasional executive support such as appointment scheduling, local errands, paperwork organization, and transportation assistance as needed
This role does not involve making medical, legal, or financial decisions. The assistant will help organize, remind, prepare, schedule, and support, while final decisions and approvals remain with the CEO/Owner.

Requirements
- Located in or near the Spanish Fork / Springville area, or able to reliably commute for in-person tasks as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Comfortable with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic computer tasks
- Strong organization skills
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable working around warehouse supplies, safety products, and shipping materials
Prior administrative, customer service, operations, retail, marketing, or small business experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
Position Details
- Part-time W-2 employee through DARKWING TECH
- Flexible schedule with no fixed daily hours
- Some remote work available
- Some in-person work is required in the Spanish Fork / Springville area
- Estimated starting workload: 10–25 hours per week
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- No benefits offered at this time
- 60-day introductory period
