This role is pivotal in shaping the technical strategy and execution of our Technical Partner Program, while also supporting partner-led integrations and fostering deep relationships with strategic technical partners.
Key Responsibilities
MSSP Program Development
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale a best-in-class Technical Partner program.
- Partner closely with the Technical Alliances team to align technical strategy with commercial goals.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from Tech Partners to improve workflows and partner experience.
- Work with Engineering & Product to streamline Tech Partner workflows and ensure technical enablement.
- Provide strategic input to enhance Tech Partner capabilities and drive partner success.
- Define and track KPIs to measure Tech Partner program success and partner engagement.
- Support partner-developed integrations with Darktrace, guiding partners through technical design and development.
- Facilitate legal processes such as Third-Party Agreements (TPAs) and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with partners to define use cases and integration architecture.
- Provide access to Darktrace technology and support partners throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technical partners to solve client challenges and unlock new business opportunities.
- Ensure partners have access to up-to-date technical documentation and resources to support integration efforts.
- Proven experience in technical alliances, technical partner program development, or partner engineering.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity workflows and integration strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Legal, and Business Development teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing technical projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
- Willing to travel to meet with partners as needed
- Hybrid work model 3-days a week in local Darktrace office, if not on-site.
- OTE range $135K-$150K
