DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a seasoned Onsite Lead to support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA). This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for guiding a team delivering mission-critical services across student administration, registration, budget and travel coordination, security processing, logistics, and learning development.
As the primary on-site leader, you’ll be the connective force that keeps operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily execution, coordinate staffing, address personnel matters, and work closely with Government stakeholders to ensure all efforts align with contractual requirements and mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily management, supervision, and positive direction for contractor personnel across multiple functional areas and locations.
- Ensure all personnel assigned to the contract are appropriately cleared, technically qualified, and fully aligned with mission requirements.
- Maintain personnel, organizational, and administrative oversight to ensure all deliverables meet SOW standards.
- Address performance issues directly with contractor staff; escalate unresolved issues to the COR as required.
- Ensure all contractor personnel understand communication channels, work hours, leave procedures, and administrative expectations.
- Interface directly with Government leadership to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements.
- Manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously while maintaining mission continuity and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of supervisory experience, or at least ten (10) years of supervisory experience without a degree.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Government stakeholders to manage requirements and resolve issues.
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to lead large, diverse teams in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, deadlines, and personnel actions.
- Active TS/SCI and CI Polygraph
