Overview
Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Financial Systems Analyst II - Budget supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities
- Budget functions to include:
- Formulation
- Justification
- Execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
TRAVEL:
- Limited or minimal travel expected.
Qualifications
CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
- Potential to upgrade Secret clearance.
EDUCATION:
- Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR
- High school diploma / GED plus 10 years experience
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge and skill in the applications of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods, and techniques of budgeting.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant budget management experience, or military experience E4 and up.

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
