Overview
Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for an Operations Research Analyst SME (Technical Advisor) supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities
The Operations Research Aanlyst SME (Technical Advisor) will manage a single system acquisition program / project or major functional area, responsibilities to include:
- Establishing objectives and requirements.
- Developing budgets.
- Developing program / project standards and schedules.
- Monitoringoutside resources.
- Coordinating, reviewing, and supervising work of assigned staff.
- Reviewing / overseeing preparation of all related documentation.
- Conductingprogram reviews, meetings, etc.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
TRAVEL:
- Limited or minimal travel expected.
Qualifications
CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
- Potential to upgrade Secret clearance.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.
- High school diploma / GED 10 years relevant experience OR
- Military experience E6 and up.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Able to work independently under general guidelines or objectives.
- Possess advanced technical nad managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include:
- Systems engineering
- Network engineering
- Acquisition management
- Business process reengineering
- Specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security, etc.)
- Organizational planning
- Financial management
- Acquisition logistics
- Configuration and data information systems
- Support or program management.
- Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under his / her management.

Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
