What You’ll Do:
- Weld and fabricate finished metal products that stand up to the toughest demands.
- Assemble and install equipment and components with precision and grit.
- Read blueprints like a roadmap to deliver specs that impress.
- Measure twice, cut once—verify materials to keep every job on point.
- Test your welds to ensure they’re as strong as our reputation.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing (bonus points for MIG/TIG skills!).
- Mastery of welding tools and techniques—show us you know your craft.
- Blueprint and schematic know-how to bring designs to life.
- Stamina to handle a physical workload and thrive in a shop environment.
- Flexibility to tackle other fab or maintenance tasks when the team needs it.
