Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support to Navy Housing installations in connection with Dispute Resolution Process (DRP) cases, as required under FY2020 NDAA, in the role of an independent third-party support provider.
- Conduct impartial third-party reviews of housing disputes by compiling, organizing, and documenting relevant information. Support may include reviewing housing inspection records, evaluating communication between stakeholders, and drafting summaries of issues for government consideration aligning with legal requirements.
- Collect and assess evidence relevant to housing disputes, including physical records, interview notes, and documentation of actions taken by PPV property managers or owners. Summarize findings to identify areas of agreement, disagreement, and uncertainty.
- Prepare draft recommendations for government review and ensure consideration of all information provided by HSC IPD, PPV representatives, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare draft summary reports within established timelines that compile findings and evidence for review by government personnel.
- Minimum of three years of direct experience providing program support in a government, legal, housing, or related environment. This includes demonstrated skill in coordinating information, preparing documentation, developing content, conducting analysis, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Familiarity with CNIC systems such as Adobe CQ and PIER is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, organize information, and prepare clear executive-level summaries and reports.
