Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. Duties

  • Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, safety, and adherence to dietary requirements and food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize costs
  • Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism
  • Supervise food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health standards and safety protocols at all times
  • Oversee shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet operational demands while maintaining high service standards

Skills

  • Extensive experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Proven supervising experience within busy restaurant or hospitality settings
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department requirements
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food service management tools
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent menu planning abilities combined with a deep understanding of the food industry trends and customer preferences
