What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be cross-trained between our register, expo, and floor positions, helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality.
- Take accurate orders while confidently answering menu and allergy questions.
- Prepare guests for an outstanding experience by making recommendations and suggesting add-ons.
- Expedite food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Deliver food, check in with guests, and anticipate their needs before they ask.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room throughout the day.
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Uphold our high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
