What You Will Do
- Receive purchase orders and accurately enter receipts for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production records daily.
- Create and distribute reports to supervisors and managers.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Support receiving department operations for up to two hours per shift.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Assist with general office and accounting support tasks as needed.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Able to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- 1–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Oracle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- 10 key by touch.
- Able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capable of working in the receiving department for up to two hours per shift.
- Ability to occasionally walk through a manufacturing environment.
