Roles And Responsibilities
- Performs the day-to-day administration of the Company’s retiree medical, 401(k) and non-qualified plans.
- Familiar with all plan provisions; can interpret plan documents and procedures
- Performs participant eligibility research for all retirement programs; runs and verifies calculations as needed; ensures accuracy and compliance
- Researches and supports escalations for participant issues as they arise
- Supports Retirement Analyst and Manager, Retirement during open enrollment for non-qualified plans both year end and mid-year
- Supports Retirement Analyst and Manager, Retirement with distributions for non-qualified retirement program
- Supports and coordinates vendor confirmations and data requests for the annual plan audits
- Monitors plan reporting, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations for accounting purposes
- Day to day contact for RSC and field HR for questions, concerns or retiree requests
- Day to day contact for all retirement and retiree health care recordkeeping plan vendors
- Ensures timely and accurate completion and submission of weekly company contributions
- Maintains annual plan compliance documents for retirement programs
- Provides excellent customer service support to internal partners, employees, and external plan vendors
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Requirements And Qualifications
- 2 years Retirement plan administration or equivalent
- Certification in Retirement plans (a plus)
- Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to work towards obtaining a retirement certification RPA / CPSP/ ASPPA credential (a plus).
- Ability to interpret all Plan documents.
- Understanding of retirement plan fiduciary oversight requirements and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Point skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills while maintaining confidentiality.
- Good project management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and maintain data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft a plus.
- Bilingual a plus
