Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Dardanelle, AR
Starting at $15.00/hr $0.10 for every year certified.

Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Currently hiring for nights and evenings. 3-11, 11-7, or 12 hour shifts.
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Ensure residents' dignity, safety, and well-being are always respected
- Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour
- Plus $0.10/hour for every year you’ve been certified as a CNA up to 10 years.

- Want to continue your education? We offer the chance to become a MAC! A few times a year, we select a few CNA's that will go on to MAC classes. These aides demonstrate strong characteristics of leadership, a willingness to learn, and have great attendance. Once you become a MAC we do offer limited spots in a MAC to LPN Program.
