LPN or RN Floor Nurse – Long Term Care

Available Shifts
Full time evenings
Weekend option day shift 7AM-7PM with baylor pay, Weekend option night shift 7pm-7am.
New LPN Starting Pay: $26/hr
New RN Starting Pay: $28/hr
Pay will be determined by years of experience
We also offer tuition assistance for new nurses, and we will pay for you to take your NCLEX.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver quality nursing care to residents in line with care plans, physician orders, and facility standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report to supervisors and physicians.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
- Promote compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current LPN or RN license in Arkansas (required).
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required — we’ll support and train you.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
