Store & Kitchen Opener

Position Summary
We're looking for an energetic, dependable early riser to open our store and kitchen each morning. This position is responsible for ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and ready to serve customers from the moment the doors open. If you enjoy working independently, staying busy, and finishing your work early in the day, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work for early morning shifts.
• Open the store and kitchen following company procedures.
• Prepare fresh food items according to recipes and food safety standards.
• Brew coffee and stock beverage stations.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and food displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Complete opening checklists and daily tasks.
• Work efficiently while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Punctual—early means early.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability preferred.
